Arequipa Tour

The Arequipa Tour takes you to the suburbs and countryside on the outskirts of the city of Arequipa. In total the excursion lasts about 4 hours. You start at the lookout tower in Carmen Alto, one of the suburbs, from where you have a beautiful view of the volcanoes el Misti, Chachani and Pichu Pichu.

Then you will go to the Yanuhuara district, with beautiful streets in a style reminiscent of Andalusia. Then you will visit the colonial church of San Juan Bautista. You will also visit the mill of Sabandia, which dates back to 1621. The mill was used to grind grain. Today, the mill is a museum.

Finally, the Arequipa Tour also takes you to the districts of Tingo and Sachaca, where you have a beautiful view of almost the entire city from the lookout towers.

NB: Every day at 10:00 in the morning there is an Arequipa Tour with participation in an international group. If you want to make the excursion at a different time or if you want to make the excursion privately and not in a group, we can arrange a private driver/guide for you. The additional cost for this is 15.00 euros per person.
