Required Information
Please include the following details in your request:
- Full name
- Nationality
- Copy of your passport
- Number of passengers
- Details of the requested service
- Full name of the travel agent (if applicable)
Confirmation Policy
- We confirm your booking once we have received an email or a formal voucher.
- Please send your information at least 30 days before departure.
- We recommend booking the Inca Trail 3 months in advance.
- Do not purchase flights until your tour has been confirmed.
- High season (May–August): purchase flights and Machu Picchu tickets 3 months in advance.
- Flights must be paid as soon as you confirm your booking.
Cancellation Policy
- 50 % refund if you cancel ≥ 30 days in advance.
- 30 % refund if you cancel between 15 and 29 days before.
- No refund for cancellations made between 1 and 15 days before, or for no-shows.
- Inca Trail: changes must be made 3 months in advance and are subject to an additional fee.
- You will receive an official cancellation letter.
Payment Policy
- 50 % upon confirmation of the booking.
- The remaining 50 % up to 15 days before the service.

Changes to the Itinerary
The itinerary may be changed without prior notice for technical reasons or due to force majeure. We reserve this right for safety reasons. We do not assume any additional costs arising from such changes.
Tour Leader (Accompanying Guide)
The Tour Leader accompanies the group throughout the entire trip, speaks the clients’ language and makes sure everything runs smoothly. This service is not included in the package, although a local guide is included. Contact us if you would like to add it.
